On-site hardware and software service

Our service network covers the entire country. We employ from 1 to 5 technicians in each of the selected localities. Currently they support about 6,000 locations – from the smallest equipped with one POS, such as kiosks, cafeterias or convenience stores, through discount stores and supermarkets, to the largest hypermarkets.

This network is based solely on our own full-time employees. All of our local service technicians undergo a series of trainings, including software applications, system software and database, as well as equipment supplied to customers. 

In addition to handling failures these technicians are able to provide consultation and additional training for employees of the point of sale, as well as perform implementation of systems provided by our company.

The ERP software that we use allows us to track the history of each serviced device with the level of accuracy that enables single serial number tracking.
